Lot No.2845 and to be subject to all the clauses

and covenants appertaining to the sale of that

lot together with the following:·

(b) The lessees to pay into the Colonial Treasury,

within seven days of a letter signed by the Director of Public Works stating that the grant of the exten- sion has been approved, the sum of $7,500.00 being

premium for the extension. Possession of the area cross-hatched red on plan "B" will not be given to

the lessees until such time as the road and tram

lines crossing the area have been diverted. (c) The Crown Rent for the extension at the rate of $800.00 per acre per annum to commence from the dates of possession of the areas coloured red and

cross-hatched red on plan "B" respectively.

(d) The whole of the area coloured red and the adjoining

area coloured green to be formed by the lessees at their own expense to such levels as the Director of Public Works may approve within 12 months of the date of the letter mentioned in (b) and the whole

of the areas cross-hatched red and the adjoining area coloured green within 12 months of the date of possession of the area cross-hatched red. The areas coloured green to be handed over to Government free

of cost on completion.

(e) The lessees will not be allowed to utilize the areas coloured green for the purpose of storage or for the erection of any temporary buildings without the consent of the Director of Public Works first having

been obtained.

(f) The lessees shall expend on the areas coloured red

and cross-hatched red on plan "B" a sum of not less
